Fees and Services
Once we commit to working together, we will be meeting weekly for 50 minute sessions. In some situations it can also be helpful to meet twice or three times per week depending on what you would like to work on in therapy.

I understand that one of the main obstacles to receiving professional support can often be financial and I am willing to do what I can to ensure that you are able to receive the help that you deserve.
I accept PPO health insurance plans as an “out-of-network” provider. At the end of each month I will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. It is very helpful to check with your insurance company ahead of time to find out what your coverage is for therapy services with an out-of-network provider.
Prior to your first session, contact your insurance company and ask the following questions:
- Do I have mental health coverage?
- What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?
- How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
Once we have scheduled an appointment, you are responsible to pay for the session unless you provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Please be advised that insurance companies do not cover missed appointments or late cancellations and that you are responsible to pay for the full session amount if you do not provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation.
